School Supply Donations

The cost of school supplies can be burdensome on parents. Many students enter the school year with the tools of success, setting a precedent of failure due to lack of school supplies. On August 8, 2018 City Councilman Terrence Windham and his father Terry Windham, both of the Alpha Tau Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., along with other men in the community, led the effort to provide encouragement, along with school supplies, to every student walking through the door of Aliceville Elementary School. Over 400 children received supplies to start the new school year from donations from the community to foster a positive beginning to the school year.
