Our Programs & Initiatives

CAPS (Child Abuse Prevention Services) conducted an Anti Vaping presentation for the Omega Prep KNights at Bridge Builder Friendship Foundation

The Bridge Builder Friendship Foundation is dedicated to strengthening communities through education, health, and mentorship. We focus on creating opportunities for young people, expanding access to quality healthcare, and empowering local leaders. Below are our key programs and initiatives:

Young Entrepreneurial Students

A forward-thinking program for high school students interested in investing, personal finance, and entrepreneurship. The Y.E.S. Forum offers interactive seminars, workshops, and mentorship opportunities led by financial experts and local entrepreneurs.

Academics in Motion

A collaborative effort with University of Alabama volunteers, A.I.M. provides after-school tutoring, while TOP focuses on hands-on STEM education. From coding competitions to robotics, these programs give students the tools and confidence to explore science, technology, engineering, and math.

Healthy Communities Initiative

Our holistic approach to health includes annual screenings for PreK–6th graders in underserved areas, along with training community members in Mental Health First Aid. By integrating physical well-being with mental health support, we aim to build healthier, more resilient communities.
